Just google Planos de Saúde em Goiania, and then, identify your choice of carriers ( not brokers ).
Once you culled a list, plug the company names on reclameaqui.com.br. That is a website for people who gripe or complain about poor service, underhanded tactics, coverage.
Then you take everyone of those complaints and plug them on Google Translate.
That's your homework.
