Depends how you want to live. Which kind of house or apartment, on which part of the city. Then the transport is not really expensive. Fuel is not as expensive as Europe. Maybe a bit more than US but not too much.
I would say (I have a long time not living there),from $500 to ........ Around a thousand to be lets say..., comfi.
