About
As a Certified Ontological Coach, I help expat moms who feel overwhelmed by the loneliness and disorientation of life abroad rebuild their sense of self and community so they can feel rooted, supported, and like they truly belong.
I was born in Switzerland to Argentine diplomats and spent my childhood moving between countries and cultures. I lived in Russia, Argentina, Austria, the United States, and France, attending twelve different schools across three continents before earning both American and French bachelor's degrees. Being internationally mobile has always been part of my story.
Today, however, I experience it through a different lens—as a mother of three. Recently, my husband and I sold everything we owned, left behind the life we had built in the United States, and moved our family to Argentina so our children could experience the same gift that shaped my life: a global perspective and the opportunity to grow up across cultures.
Through this journey, I have experienced international mobility not only as the child navigating change, but also as the parent responsible for helping an entire family find their footing in a new place.

Before moving abroad, many of us spend months imagining what is waiting on the other side. We picture the places we will discover, the people we will meet, the languages we might learn, and perhaps even the more adventurous, worldly version of ourselves we will become. What we don't tend to imagine are the parts that are harder to photograph. The loneliness of feeling like an outsider. The exhaustion of navigating unfamiliar systems. The grief that appears unexpectedly when you realize how much you left behind. And I'm not just talking about people.
