Hi, I am new to Pattaya. If any other expats can help me to find a used car at a reasonable price, it would be fantastic. Most used cars seem to be selling for just as much as a new car, I don't understand this. Any suggestions?

I have land in rural Chiangmai and want to build a tiny house on it. I found a contractor who is willing to build it for me for 300000 THB. Brick walls, concrete floor, bathroom, tiled. Is it an okay price or way too much?
