Where would be the best place in Kuwait for an expat to get fingerprints taken? I actually have the FBI form and need my fingerprints taken with ink to be placed on the form. Not sure if the police stations out here would do that for an expat?
I never here about any private shop or company which offer such service in Kuwait. Even in Kuwait immigration they stopped using ink for fingerprints. Everything is electronic. Read More
