Client Relations & Video Editor (EN/FR/AR)

We are seeking a highly motivated and trilingual professional to join our team in a critical hybrid role. The Trilingual Creative Client Executive will serve as the primary liaison between our international clients and our creative department while acting as the lead producer of our high-impact digital content.

This role demands a unique combination of exceptional client-facing skills, on-camera confidence, and advanced technical proficiency in video editing. The successful candidate will directly contribute to revenue generation by both building client trust and creating compelling, visually sophisticated marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management & Business Development

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a global portfolio of clients, expertly managing all communication, expectations, and project deliverables from initial brief through to final delivery.

• Proactively communicate and coordinate project timelines, feedback loops, and resource allocation between the client and the internal creative team.

• Possess an innate ability to capture client interest, build immediate rapport, and drive long-term loyalty through exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Actively identify and catch new business leads through client interactions, referrals, and networking; manage the lead qualification and conversion process.

• Systematically follow up with clients on outstanding proposals, project completion satisfaction, and future potential opportunities to ensure continuous business flow and client retention.

• Conduct high-stakes negotiations and manage the full sales and project lifecycle with a focus on client satisfaction and successful revenue generation.

2. Trilingual Fluency & Communication

• Conduct all professional business communication, high-stakes negotiations, and formal presentations flawlessly in English, French, and Arabic (written and verbal).

• Ensure all client-facing materials and internal communications are culturally and linguistically appropriate across all three languages.

3. Creative Production & Video Editing

• Act as the lead producer for the company's digital content, including promotional videos, corporate messages, and social media assets.

• Create and edit high-quality video content from concept to final delivery, demonstrating advanced technical proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.

• Manage the content creation workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.

4. Brand Anchor & On-Camera Presence

• Act as the confident, polished on-camera presenter and voice-over talent for all corporate videos and promotional content.

• Be highly comfortable and effective appearing on camera as the primary anchor for the company's digital media, ensuring absolute brand message consistency and professional delivery.

5. Strategic Reporting & Presentation

• Prepare, articulate, and deliver professional project status reports, detailed proposals, and strategic presentations to both internal stakeholders and discerning external clients.

• Clearly and convincingly convey complex creative and business information to drive understanding and secure approvals.
