We are a Dubai-based corporate services firm providing accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and advisory solutions to companies across the UAE. We are expanding our sales engine and looking for hungry, self-driven Business Development Representatives to join our team.

Role Overview & Earnings Model

Role Type: Independent Sales Representative / Freelance (Remote)

Compensation Structure: Performance-Based / Uncapped Commission

Commission Rate: 20% flat commission on initial client contracts (e.g., earn AED 1,000 for a AED 5,000 deal)

Pay Schedule: Monthly payouts directly via bank transfer

What You Will Do

Outbound outreach (LinkedIn, direct messaging) targeting UAE-based companies, real estate brokerages, and agencies.

Introduce prospects to our core corporate tax, VAT, and accounting services using our proven sales playbooks and scripts.

Schedule discovery calls and close client retainer deals.
