Customer Care / Guest Experience Executive (Service Apartment – International Team)

Description
We are a premium serviced apartment complex expanding in Saudi Arabia and are looking for motivated Customer Care professionals to join our international team.
Role: Deliver exceptional guest experience for high-end clients
Handle check-in/out, concierge services, and daily guest support
Manage reservations, feedback, and problem resolution
Represent the property with professionalism and warmth

Requirements: Excellent English (additional languages are a plus)
