About the candidate
I am a Swiss-accredited psychologist, a member of the FSP and the ZuPP.
I have a solid university education: a Master's degree in General Health Psychology (VIU), a Master's degree in Socio-Community Research and Intervention (UMA), and a Master's degree in Teaching (MAES, UCA), in addition to my Bachelor's degree in Psychology (UMA).
My clinical and community experience allows me to support adolescents and adults in their psychological well-being, both in private practice and in prevention and community health projects.
I am dedicated to providing professional support in the heart of Zurich to promote mental health and emotional well-being. As a qualified and passionate psychologist, my commitment is to provide you with a safe and welcoming space where you can find the support you need to face life's challenges.
Since graduating in psychology, most of my professional career has been as a psychologist and teacher, primarily in Zurich, Malaga, and Cadiz.
Today, I work as a psychologist at the Zurich center, where I offer my services from a concise, effective perspective focused on strengthening individual qualities. I serve individuals, couples, families, and groups.
The opportunity to practice my profession gives me great motivation and a sense of humor that allows me to face difficulties as challenges I am willing to overcome. In my professional work, I am characterized by being efficient, thoughtful, and decisive. Furthermore, I believe that a mental health professional must constantly train in order to offer their clients the latest advances and provide the most concise and effective service possible.
I believe that your surroundings are important for your comfort and well-being, so I've created a warm and welcoming space to make you feel at home.
I'm always open to new contacts and collaborations, as well as participating in discussions and training in psychology. So, please don't hesitate to contact me if you find it relevant. I look forward to working with you and being part of your wellness journey.
