German-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Remote in Portugal

Job Title:

About the Role:

Join an international team delivering excellent customer support for a leading company! In this remote role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and technical issues while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in mainland Portugal.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: €1,100 per month (paid over 14 months)

• Performance/Complexity Bonus

• Approximate total monthly compensation: €1,450–€1,600 (including base, bonuses, allowances, plus potential night/weekend pay)

• Additional Pay (per Portuguese Labour Code):

o Night hours (22:00–07:00): 25% on base hourly pay

o Sundays & public holidays (within fixed rotation, not overtime): 50% on base pay or compensated with equivalent rest

• Health & Insurance: Private health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)

• Training: Paid onboarding and ongoing support from certified trainers

• Career Growth: Opportunities to become Team Lead within the international team

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, 24/7 rotating shifts, 2 days off per week or Monday to Friday depending on the project

Contract Type:

• Permanent contract

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve technical issues and answer inquiries professionally

• Ensure a positive customer experience

• Log and track cases in internal systems

• Contribute to a motivated and collaborative team

Your Profile:

• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2 )

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills

• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills

• Resident in Portugal

• EU citizen or valid Portuguese residence permit
