Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer support across digital channels, ensuring every customer feels valued

• Handle inquiries related to digital marketing and web design services

• Solve customer issues efficiently with a friendly and professional approach

• Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer-oriented mindset

• Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)

• C2 German or native

• C1 level of English (solid)

• Must be located within Portugal (Lisbon: remote; Braga and Aveiro: in-person) – the client does not provide relocation)
