PlayMore! – A nonprofit organization active since 2010 in promoting sport, participation, and well-being for all, with activities in Italy and abroad, is looking for a RunChallenge Head Coach. What exactly will the resource do? The resource will be responsible for serving as the RunChallenge project's sports guide, a point of reference for teachers in Milan and other European cities where the project is taking place. Specifically, the resource will be responsible for: conduct the RunChallenge Milano training sessions held on Mondays (from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm) and Thursdays (from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm) adhering to the sports/educational format; draw up the training program; keep the attendance register of participants up to date; take part in the project events, leading running and walking groups, even large ones ( 20 people); draw up training programs for other RunChallenge Points in other cities in the network; take part in trips and assignments, including abroad, to supervise the work of coaches from other organizations belonging to the network and support them in their sporting growth; spread the 'RunChallenge Methodology' at all RC> Points, motivating teachers to respect the method and monitoring the results; What we offer A challenging work experience in a rapidly evolving and growing nonprofit sports organization. Expected start : Preferably as soon as possible Compensation To be defined based on proven experience and hourly salary Type of contract Sports employment contract – a probationary period is foreseen Availability From a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15 hours per week The RunChallenge project It's an international project with partners in 12 cities in Italy and Europe. It has received several awards over the years (a finalist at the European Union's Be Inclusive Sport Awards, winner of the Fabrizio Cosi Award, and the Top Fundraiser NPO award at the Milan Marathon Awards) and involves over 1,000 direct beneficiaries in Italy and abroad. This year, RunChallenge is the Milan Marathon's "Charity of the Year." Esperienza nell’insegnamento delle discipline della corsa e dell’atletica leggeraCapacità di gestire gruppi di allenamento eterogenei per età e livelloPuntualità e attenzione ai dettagliSportività, ovvero voglia di mettersi in gioco in prima persona, vivendo i progetti di PlayMore! da partecipante attivo;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;Disponibilità a trasferte e a lavorare nel week end in occasione di eventi relativi al progetto;Capacità di gestire un team di altri insegnanti ed educatori sportivi; Luccicanza: avere dentro di sé un vivo entusiasmo e la convinzione più profonda che esprimendo la miglior versioni di noi stessi il mondo possa cambiare per il meglio, a partire dalla diffusione di un’attività sportiva e sociale accessibile a tutti, con una particolare attenzione a chi è in condizioni di fragilità.
