Customer Service Representative

About the candidate
Location: Remote (Spain)
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve complaints and technical issues by troubleshooting or escalating to the relevant department.
Document interactions in the CRM system and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Tech Support, Operations) to improve processes and overall customer experience.
Contribute to team targets such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Skills
Fluency in German (native or C1 ) and good command of English (B1–C1).
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support is an advantage, but motivated newcomers are also welcome.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
