About the candidate

An experienced professional in contact centers and administrative support, I have several years of experience in training, coaching and skills development for teams. I worked as a level 2 call center agent, with an active role in training new employees, operational coaching, onboarding support and improving service quality. My career path has also allowed me to develop strong skills in administrative management, file tracking, reporting and coordination, particularly in demanding and performance-oriented environments. Fluent in Arabic and French, with a good understanding of professional English, I now wish to put my skills at the service of a contact center, a training organization or an international structure in Saudi Arabia, in positions as a trainer, training coordinator or administrative support.
