About the candidate
I am seeking a dynamic and client-facing role as a Residential Sales and Lettings Negotiator, where I can apply my deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and proven track record in premium property transactions. I am looking to join a high-performing team within a respected, forward-thinking agency that values integrity, excellence, and client service.
The ideal role would allow me to:
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value residential properties across both sales and lettings
Provide expert valuation advice and conduct property appraisals with accuracy and market insight
Deliver exceptional service to vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants, ensuring seamless end-to-end transaction management
Proactively generate leads and develop long-term client relationships through local networking and market intelligence
Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and in-depth understanding of the luxury property market
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency

Skills
With a strong foundation in the residential property market and holding NFoPP and ARLA Propertymark qualifications, I offer a well-rounded, professional service underpinned by compliance, market insight, and exceptional client care.
I am looking for a position that allows me to:
Manage and expand a portfolio of high-end residential sales and lettings properties
Conduct accurate market appraisals and valuations with a strategic understanding of local and national trends
Guide clients through the full property lifecycle—from instruction to completion—with transparency and efficiency
Negotiate transactions confidently and ethically, always prioritizing the client’s best interests
Build long-term relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants through trust, communication, and consistent results
Leverage my NFoPP and ARLA training to ensure full regulatory compliance and up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and best practice.
