Description
Your main priority will be treating patients, but as a clinic owner, your responsibilities will also be; motivating your employees, decision-making, administration, staying in contact with relevant authorities, looking out for finances.
The clinic currently operates with 2–3 rooms, with plans to expand to 4 rooms upon your arrival. There is significant potential for further expansion based on demand and growth. The clinic offers a wide range of general dentistry, including implantology and endodontics as well - these
would be among your daily tasks.
The team consists of two dentists (including you as the new colleague) and one dental hygienist. The current owner, who runs two chairs and is passionate about implantology, plans
to step down from ownership but remain at the clinic, providing you experienced support alongside the continued guidance of your business partners.

Dentist with minimum of 3 years' experience in general dentistry
Experienced in general conservative dentistry

Proficient in spoken and written English
Able to take part in our online intensive Danish language course
Ambitious of having your own private dental clinic
Motivated for living and working abroad
What you can expect:
40 hour working week organised in a family-friendly way with 5 weeks paid holiday
Guaranteed starting salary of EUR 8'700 in the first 3 months, then a performance-based
salary with a 30% of turnover
Support in the ownership management process
Earn-out repayment completed in approximately 5 years.
Full ownership by the end of the cooperation
Once you become the owner, 100% of the clinic's profits are yours
