Horse caretaker

Stable Groom / Horse Caretaker – Victory Equestrian, Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Victory Equestrian is looking for a reliable and responsible person to join our team and help with the daily care of our horses.

We are a well-established equestrian centre located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with very good working conditions and a calm, friendly atmosphere. Our horses are well cared for, good-natured and handled with respect.

�� The position

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with horses and is comfortable with the everyday responsibilities of a stable.

Main duties include:

- Cleaning and maintaining horse stalls

- Feeding the horses

- Turning horses out and bringing them in when needed

- General daily horse care

- Cleaning and maintaining stable areas and equipment

- Helping with other routine stable tasks

- Observing the horses and reporting any unusual behaviour or health concerns

Previous experience with horses is strongly preferred.

A person with extensive experience in horse care, stable management or as a groom will be offered a higher rate.

�� Payment

€40 per day for a full working day.

For someone with significant experience and strong horse-care skills, higher pay can be negotiated.

We are also open to a part-time arrangement, for example:

4 hours – €20

The exact schedule can be discussed depending on the candidate's availability and our needs.

�� Important requirements

Please note that we do not provide accommodation.

The successful candidate must:

- Already have accommodation in Plovdiv or the surrounding area

- Have their own means of transportation or another reliable way of getting to the equestrian centre

- Be reliable and punctual

- Be physically capable of performing stable work

- Have a genuine interest in horses and their welfare
