Missions

As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for growing the business in the markets you are responsible for.

Geographical area:

Asia, Africa & Middle East markets

Your main missions are the following:

Elaborate the business development strategy and objectives, implement it and report

Develop the portfolio of new clients in order to achieve the sales targets

Contribute to elaborate every year the Strategic Plan of your markets.

Lead Business Reviews of the markets including the Strategic Plan 2 or 3 times per year.

Contribute to the marketing and production strategies.

Other additional and punctual missions.

Reporting to the Sales Network Manager's, your main mission is to develop Easia Travel's sales on your markets.

You will also travel to Easia Travel destinations on average once a year.

Job requirements:

You have a higher education or equivalent experience. You have at least 5 year's experience in international tourism or in an international sales management position. You are aware of sustainable tourism and its challenges.

You are open-minded, sensitive to cultural differences and able to work in an international and multicultural environment. You are rigorous, ambitious, agile and honest. You have a team spirit and the desire to write a new page in the company's history with the management.

Profile required

You are a man or a woman who speaks a perfect English (written and oral).

You are experienced in international tourism and know the Asia, Africa, Middle East markets, their expectations, their stakeholders, and their different distribution networks

You have at least 5 years of experience in a tour operator, travel agency or DMC

Ideally, you are familiar with the tourism sector in South East Asia, specifically the destinations of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Thailand.

You have very good sales skills : you know how to approach and convince prospects.

You have a good ability to synthesize and analyze data to establish a relevant strategy: you have a good strategic thinking.

You have a higher education in tourism and/or sales (minimum 3 years of higher education or equivalent)

You are able to work in a multicultural environment. You have an interest in the culture of others, and are able to adapt to it.

Our offer :

Permanent contract - 40h/week.

Position based at home or in a shared office.

Remuneration according to profile.

Based in Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia, Thailand.
