[Hispanic, Caucasian / Shurink Aesthetic Medical Device Study]

Hello, this is KBI Korea Biomedical Research Institute.

We are currently recruiting participants (Caucasian, Hispanic) for the “Shurink Aesthetic Medical Device Jawline Study.

1.Study Information

(1) Study Period: Total of 3 visits

(On the first visit, participants will visit KBI first and then travel to Oaro Dermatology Clinic for the procedure.)

Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per visit

(However, the first visit including the procedure may take approximately 2–3 hours.)

(2) Visit Locations:

KBI Korea Biomedical Research Institute / Oaro Dermatology Clinic

(3) Study Procedures:

-Informed consent

-Device measurements (3 types)

-Self-assessment questionnaire

(4) Visit Schedule

1) Visit 1: One visit between June 2, 2026 (Tue) and June 19, 2026 (Fri) (Excluding Monday) / Visit to Oaro Dermatology Clinic (Approximately 1 hour required for the visit)

→ Skin measurements will first be conducted at KBI, followed by the procedure at Oaro Dermatology Clinic

(Participants will travel to Oaro by public transportation)

2) Visit 2: One visit between June 29, 2026 (Mon) and July 17, 2026 (Fri) / Visit to KBI

(Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour required)

3) Visit 3: One visit between July 27, 2026 (Mon) and August 14, 2026 (Fri) / Visit to KBI

(Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour required)

2. Location

Room 1004, Building B, Central Biz Tower 2nd,

99 Sagimakgol-ro, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

3. Inclusion Criteria

(1) Multiracial applicants with submental fat and facial sagging

(CR-SMFRS score of 1 or higher)
