Company: Proplus Agency (https://proplusagency.co) — we run outbound lead generation for US home-service businesses.

Type: Full-time, remote, 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

Hours: US Eastern business hours (roughly 9am–5pm EST)

Pay: US$500/month base US$5 for every booked call that actually shows up

What you'll do

We text US contractors (plumbers, roofers, remodelers, landscapers and similar) about getting more jobs. When one of them replies "yes", you call them.

- Call new positive replies within 5 minutes. Speed matters more than anything else in this role.

- Qualify them with a short script: what they do, where they work, whether they can take on more jobs, and whether they're the owner.

- Book a 15-minute Google Meet with our founder on the calendar, confirm the time, and make sure they know how to join.

- Follow up with people who don't pick up, and send reminders so booked calls actually happen.

- Record short personalised intros now and then: a quick voice note or selfie video ("Hey Mike, saw you do roofing in Dallas...") when we ask for one.

- Log every call and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

You won't be cold calling from a phone book. Everyone you call has already replied to us.

Pay, explained plainly

- Base: US$500/month, paid monthly.

- Show bonus: US$5 for each booked call where the contractor actually joins the Google Meet. No-shows and cancellations don't count.

- Example only, not a promise: if 60 of your booked calls show in a month, you'd earn $500 (60 × $5) = $800 that month. Your real number depends on how many leads come in and how well you book and confirm them.

We're upfront that this pay is set for candidates outside the US. At 8 hours/day it is not a competitive US wage. Open to remote applicants anywhere who meet the requirements below.

What we're looking for

Must have

- Fluent spoken English with an American English accent (required). US call-center experience is a plus

- Reliable internet (plus a backup such as mobile data) and a quiet place to take calls, with a decent headset

- Available every weekday during US Eastern business hours

- Comfortable talking to busy, blunt tradespeople without getting rattled

Nice to have

- Experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or in a call center (outbound especially)

- Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM

- Experience with US home-service businesses

How to apply

In the same WhatsApp chat, add your time zone (confirm you can work US Eastern hours) and a few lines on your setter/SDR/call-center experience.

Applications without the WhatsApp voice note are not reviewed. The voice note is how we judge your English and phone presence, so a resume on its own doesn't help much.

Shortlisted candidates do a short live role-play call before we make an offer.
