Company Profile: One of the leading global medical technology companies in the Philippines, specializing in medical device design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization.

Position: Korean Quality Assurance Analyst

Industry: Medical Technology Company

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: Php 90,000-110,000 Monthly

Work set-up: Hybrid set-up

Requirements of the job:

��Filipino National that is fluent in Korean Language.

��Korean National with Permanent visa in Philippines

��Must have a Bachelor's degree

��2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.

��TOPIK II certification is required, as the role involves communication with Korean stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the job:

��Accommodate and evaluate the concern or issue raised by an individual.

��Translate the document to English and Korean or in vice versa

��Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product

��Manage the event within the complaint database according to the guidelines provided.

��Provides a formal record of the issue, steps taken and expectations for resolution
