COMPANY PROFILE : One of the biggest BPO companies in the world is looking for Thai speakers that will support a footwear manufacturing company in Thailand. They are in need of 5 headcounts of Thai Speaking Customer Support that can start ASAP.

Position: Thai Speaking Customer Support (Footwear Account)

Location: Pasay City

Industry: BPO Company

Salary: Php 80,000 Monthly

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work setup: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

��Thai National can speak English located in PH or Abroad

��Filipino can speak, read and write Thai language

��Open for Degree holder, undergraduate or Highschool graduate

��With experience in Customer Service is a plus

��Willing to work in Pasay

��Willing to work in Shifting schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

��Answering phone calls, email and chats for the customers.

��Handling inquiries related to the orders, product information, returns in a timely manner

��Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product

��Provide information on the brand values, offerings and policies accurately

��Ensure that the team targets are met.
