Company Profile: One of the global outsourcing companies and has been in the industry for 25 years. They offer services like customer services, administrative, accounting and IT in various companies like real estate, e-commerce and healthcare. They are looking for a Korean-Mandarin Customer Care Specialist to support their clients in Korea and China.

 

Position: Korean - Mandarin Customer Care Specialist

Industry: BPO Company

Location: Pampanga

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 Monthly

Schedule: Shifting

Work setup: Work onsite

Job Requirements:

✔️Open for Filipino can speak, read and write Korean and Mandarin

✔️Open for Korean national who can speak Mandarin language

✔️With at least 3 years experience in Customer Service or Customer Success

✔️Amenable to work in Pampanga

✔️Can work in shifting schedule

✔️Can start to work on May 2026

 

Job Responsibilities:

✔️As Korean-Mandarin Customer Care Specialists act as the main contact of Korean and Mandarin customers.

✔️Conduct outbound calls to verify the information of customers and ensure its accurate

✔️Assist the concern and complaints of Korean and Mandarin customers through call and email.

✔️Identifying the cause or concern of the customers and provide resolutions.

✔️Coordinate with the internal departments to make sure timely and accurate resolution of the issues.

✔️Ensure that all customer issues, resolutions and actions are recorded in the system timely.

✔️Building a good relationship with customers.
