Position: Vietnamese Senior Customer Support Associate

Requirements of the job:

•Thai national currently residing in the Philippines

•Proficient in Thai and English (reading, writing, speaking)

•Bachelor's degree in any field

•At least 2 years of experience in customer service or support (preferably in an international BPO or contact center)

•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

•Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Job Responsibilities:

•Deliver high-quality customer support through digital channels

•Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous resolution of customer concerns

•Maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional service

•Collaborate with internal teams to support service improvement

•Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records

•Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer dealings
