Company Profile: A leading digital information and consulting services provider operating in more than 50 countries, supporting businesses with advanced technology solutions.

 

Position: Bahasa Malay Credit and Collections Analyst

Industry: BPO Company

Salary: Negotiable

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off

Work setup: Hybrid Setup

 

Requirements of the job:

��Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Malay Language

��Must be Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related courses

��With at least 1 year working experience in Accounts Receivable

��Proficient in MS Excel for reporting purposes

 

Responsibilities of the job:

��Handle incoming phone calls to follow-up the appointment and deliveries to the vendors.

��Provide translation support to documents from Malay to English and vice versa

��Process daily accounts receivable transactions

��Ensure accuracy and compliance of transactions and supporting documents

��Follow up on unpaid invoices and send payment reminders as required
