Position: Thai Accounts Payable and Expense Lead

Industry: Shared Service

Salary: Php 110,000 Monthly - Php 130,000 Monthly

Location: Quezon City

Schedule: Dayshift schedule

Work setup: Hybrid set-up (2 days WFH, 3 days work onsite)

REQUIREMENTS:

✅Filipino National who is proficient in Thai Language.

✅Open for Thai nationals who are currently residing in the Philippines and outside the Philippines.

✅Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

✅At least 4-7 years of experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial management.

✅With a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role experience is an advantage.

✅Familiarity with financial software like Oracle or SAP

✅Excellent leadership and communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅Lead and oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Travel Expense team.

✅Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulations.

✅Provides translation support for accounting-related documents from Thai to English or vice versa.

✅Review and approve invoices, payments, and expense reports for accuracy and timeliness.

✅Manage month-end/year-end closing, audits, and handle escalations.

✅Drive process improvements and monitor KPIs and SLAs.

✅Train and mentor team members while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
