Company Profile: A leading IT Company in the Philippines, providing expert digital transformation services through diverse engagement models. Their clients include shared services providers, BPO companies, and pharmaceutical firms, for whom they deliver and support advanced digital platforms.

 

Position: Thai Accounting Assistant

 

Industry: IT Company

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

 

Working schedule: Shifting schedule

Requirements:

 

✅️Thai national with permanent visa in the Philippines.

 

✅️Filipino proficient in Thai language.

 

✅️Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business courses.

 

✅️Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable

 

✅️Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace

 

✅️Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Responsibilities:

 

✅️Create daily sales invoices, as well as debit and credit notes.

 

✅️Check shipments and sales orders to make sure they are correct.

 

✅️Keep customer records updated and manage the sales ledger.

 

✅️Follow up on unpaid invoices using accounts receivable reports.

 

✅️Communicate with customers in Thai and English to answer questions or solve problems.

 

✅️Organize and safely store accounts receivable documents.
