I am a Reiki Operator, Foot Reflexologist, Holistic Operator My characteristics are sensitivity and a love for my work as a FIRP Foot Reflexologist. I am a professional who educates people towards global well-being, through the use of natural, energetic, psychosomatic, artistic, spiritual, and cultural techniques, practiced to promote the achievement, improvement, and maintenance of a person's overall well-being. These disciplines do not aim to treat specific pathologies and are not related to the physical and mental health care and rehabilitation activities provided by the health service. Holistic wellness and bio-natural disciplines, in their diversity and heterogeneity, are based on certain guiding principles, particularly the following: 1) global approach and to his condition; 2) have as its goal the improvement of the quality of life, which can also be achieved through the stimulation of the person's vital resources; 3) the importance of education in healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyles; 4) non-interference in the relationship between doctors or psychologists and patients, but possible collaboration, and abstention from the use of drugs of any kind, as they are outside the scope of expertise of holistic practitioners in bio-natural wellness disciplines.
