Hello everyone, We are a couple working freelance, parents of two children (14 and 9 years old), and we offer to take complete charge of the management of your short-term rental properties during your holiday between July and August. We can operate in the French overseas departments and territories, Dubai, Indonesia, or any other sunny destination. �� What we offer (for free) In exchange for accommodation for our family, we provide: Traveller reception Departures, key handover Professional cleaning Laundry tracking (according to on-site organization) Routine maintenance, site monitoring Minor garden care (if necessary) Pet sitting (cats, dogs, chickens…) if you have any �� Our skills Madam: administrative & accounting manager specializing in real estate and short-term rentals. 10 years of experience in pet sitting → pets pampered like at home. Sir: expert in building maintenance, former head of general services for a luxury yacht company. → Responsive, meticulous, comfortable with technical installations. Both former reservists of the gendarmerie → seriousness, reliability, sense of service.
