Call Center Operator (English — British / Irish Accent)

We are looking for experienced Call Center Operators with strong English communication skills (British or Irish accent) to join our international remote team.

This is a fully remote freelance position.

�� No cold calling — you will work only with customers who have already shown interest or submitted a request.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries

Provide clear and professional product information

Process customer orders and close sales

Update customer data in the CRM system

Maintain a results-oriented and professional communication style

Working Schedule

2 days on / 2 days off (2/2)

12-hour shifts

Working hours: 09:00 – 21:00 (CET)

Compensation

€3 per hour

Sales-based bonuses (no limit)

Total earnings depend on individual performance

Requirements

Fluent English with a British or Irish accent

Mandatory experience in a call center

Mandatory sales experience

Own computer and stable internet connection

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Reliability and a target-oriented mindset
