�� Remote Project Manager / Shopify Expert (Contractor – Madagascar)

We are a growing digital team looking for a full-time Remote Project Coordinators for Shopify projects based in Madagascar. This is a contractor role (not employment) where you will support our internal projects, e-commerce workflows, and systems.

This position is non customer-facing — you won't deal directly with clients. Instead, you'll focus on structured building beautiful stores, digital tasks, organization, and keeping our systems running smoothly.

�� What You'll Do

- Update and manage tasks in Notion(project tracking, documentation, task assignment).

- Build beautiful Shopify stores with beautiful designs (product updates, content changes, small site edits).

- Follow clear SOPs for invoicing, reporting, and time tracking.

- Take on execution tasks so senior project managers can focus on clients.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in your work.

✅ What We're Looking For

- Based in Madagascar and available full-time (40 hrs/week).

- Proficiency in Shopify (store administration, website contribution, product/content management).

- Good knowledge of Notion for task tracking and organization.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Trustworthy and consistent — someone who delivers what they promise.

- Strong communication skills in French and/or English.

- Stable internet connection and reliable computer.

- Previous experience in digital operations, project coordination

- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace.

�� Role Details

- Contractor position (not employment).

- Full-time remote (~40 hrs/week).

- Compensation: from 2 500 000 MGA / month

- Training and SOPs will be provided.

- Bonuses at the end of each quarter
