I'd like to rent a restaurant/ Local resort in Madagascar and l'd like to ask if it is difficult to obtain resident permit or work permit and how long is the procedure? I'm italian and if some italian or european is living there and can explain to me something about this, please contact me here.

Perhaps you could ask your question on the Madagascar French Forum. Over the years, I have seen your questions asked and answered several times by French and Europeans who do work and own restaurants/ bars/cabarets and hotels in Madagascar.
