Prepare the ingredients needed to make the dishes (vegetables, meats, sauces, desserts, etc.)
Cook and plate the dishes according to established recipes and standards
Check the quality, freshness, and presentation of the products served
Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
Manage inventory, ensure the receipt and storage of goods
Clean and maintain the workstation, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Collaborate with the chef and the team to ensure fast and high-quality service
