ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER PASTRY SHOP

Business sector: Pastry shop Contract type: Permanent Applications from women only MISSIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main mission will be to ensure the smooth operation and quality of service in our retail stores, in order to increase sales and build customer loyalty. In this capacity, you will be required to: - Supervise the organization, operation and maintenance of the store - Ensure order compliance and product availability within the deadline - To guarantee a good customer relationship through continuous service improvement - Promote the brand's products to our customers - Ensure the smooth operation of cash register functions - Create commercial events - Ensure compliance with hygiene rules and food safety - Ensure optimal management of stocks and supplies and direct inventories - Handling customer complaints - To manage and motivate the sales team PROFILE SOUGHT: With a minimum Bac 2 qualification and at least 05 years of experience as a sales/marketing manager, you have solid experience in managing and supervising retail stores, and good computer skills. Dynamism, organization, interpersonal skills, leadership Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and creativity are your main assets for success. Experience in the food industry would be an advantage.
