As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a Financial Manager with strong skills in both accounting and finance, as well as in the insurance sector. Financial missions Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts; Produce financial reports and dashboards; Analyze the results, discrepancies and performance indicators; Ensure the monitoring of bonuses, commissions, collections and settlements; Control the profitability of activities and portfolio; Participate in improving financial procedures and internal control. Commercial missions Develop and retain a portfolio of clients; Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the acquisition of new customers; Participate in defining and implementing the commercial strategy; Develop and monitor business objectives and action plans; Monitor revenue, sales, premiums issued and renewal rate; Participate in the preparation of commercial offers and in negotiations with clients and partners; Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, partners, companies and other business providers; Conduct portfolio analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks of customer churn; Monitor outstanding payments and actively contribute to improving the recovery rate; Conduct market research, monitoring competitor offerings and customer needs; Prepare reports combining financial and commercial performance. Skills

Bonne maîtrise de l’analyse financière, du suivi budgétaire et du reporting ; Bonne connaissance des produits et mécanismes d’assurance ; Expérience ou compétences avérées en développement commercial et gestion de portefeuille clients ; Maîtrise du suivi des primes, commissions, recouvrements et sinistres ; Capacité à analyser la rentabilité d’un portefeuille ou d’une activité commerciale ; Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de reporting ; Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de négociation et de communication ; Sens du résultat, autonomie, rigueur et orientation client.

Diplomas

Profil recherché pour le poste : Formation supérieure en Finance, Comptabilité, Gestion, Banque, Assurance et ou Commerce ; Expérience confirmée en finance avec une bonne connaissance du secteur des assurances ;
