- Declaration from the employer indicating the type of contract, length of service, gross salary, and contact for verification;

- Latest available IRS declaration and liquidation note;

- Certificates of no debt to Social Security and Finance;

- Declaration from the Credit Responsibilities Center of the Bank of Portugal.

Payment Guarantees

- With guarantor: deposit of €1,900 and advance rent of €1,900;

- Without guarantor: conditions to be discussed individually.

2) Tenants with Other Sources of Income or Undeclared Income in Portugal: tenants who can prove financial capacity to meet rent payments are accepted.
