– Small private condominium with 13 apartments (8 permanent residents).

– The owner lives in the same condominium.

– The apartment above operates as short-term rental (some occasional summer noise).

Rental Conditions

– Formal long-term tenancy agreement, officially registered on the Portuguese Tax Authority portal.

– 1 month rent + 2 months deposit (deposit refunded after final inspection).

– Quarterly visits by the landlord (always scheduled in advance).

– Subletting strictly prohibited.
