Visiting researcher couple looking for furnished studio or 1BR (Jan–Jun 2026, Amsterdam)

Hello,

I am a Korean government official who will stay in the Netherlands as a visiting researcher at VU Medical Center (VUMC) from late December 2025 to June 2026.

My wife and I are looking for a clean, furnished studio or 1-bedroom apartment where BSN registration is possible.

We prefer Diemen, but we are also open to Amsterdam Zuid, Amstelveen, or other nearby areas.

I can provide official documents such as a government financial support certificate and an invitation letter from VUMC to confirm my research stay and financial stability.

Details:

• Duration: January – June 2026 (around 6 months)

• Preferred area: Diemen (also open to Amsterdam Zuid, Amstelveen, or nearby areas)

• Budget: €1,300–€1,700 (excluding utilities; up to €1,900 including)

• Requirements:

 – BSN registration possible

 – English contract

 – Online viewing available

 – Furnished apartment

About us:

We are a reliable couple from Korea.

We do not have pets, do not smoke, and take very good care of our living space.

Both of us are quiet, responsible tenants who will maintain the property clean and well-organized.
