Safe housing options in Caracas for digital nomads or expats?

I’m likely moving to Caracas next month for a remote work contract (6 months to start). I’ve been reading a lot about the utility situation, so my biggest concern is finding a place with reliable fiber internet and a water tank.

I’ve heard that areas like Alta Florida or La Castellana are good balance of safe/green and connected. Does anyone have advice on where to look for rentals in those specific areas?

I’m looking for a studio or a master room with a private bath and a desk, preferably in a family house rather than a big apartment block (for security).

Is Airbnb the best way, or are there local groups I should join? Any leads or contacts would be appreciated!
