I want to work as a Doctor

I am a Cuban doctor with 13 years of experience and 7 plus as ICU specialist, I worked abroad experiences in the Republic of Venezuela in 2010 and my last job outside of Cuba was in Kuwait from 2019 until 2022 as an ER registrar. I need to know if I have to do the equivalence or if I need other requirements. I appreciate your advice.
