I'm looking for a flatmate to share a fantastic open-plan apartment in extremely safe Subryanville, Georgetown, Guyana.

I'm a female young professional (development economist from Europe) and the flat has been rented by people on my programme for 5+ years. I'm friendly and easy to live with.

Short- or long-term, moving in this February (with some flexibility each side) and some room for negotiation on rent.

how about telling people the price, property including rentals are very over priced in Guyana so people should know the price so we don't waste our time. if you are looking for locals, then you cannot expect them to pay overseas visitor prices.
