Good luck with that! It is extremely rare that you'll find English language church services even in much larger Brazilian cities like São Paulo, Rio or Belo Horizonte. I think your chances of finding one in Recife are pretty slim.

Actually, Jehovah's Witnesses have english congregations (and other foreign languages) all over Brazil including Belem, fortaleza, Salvador, Recife, Manaus, São Paulo, Campinas, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, Curitiba, Belo Horizonte, Vitória, santa Catarina and around the world
