You might talk to the biggest Catholic school in the city called Christus.
They offer different kinds of courses including English.  A friend of mine who is an American, teaches in English there!

Till now .. hard luck.. Not found any one school for gr-8.

I think Christus HAS a curriculum in English.  The idea seems to be to educate the students so that they could continue on to university in the US or maybe England.

This is their website.  Maybe you could get in touch and see what they offer and also if they don't solve your problem, maybe they know a way to do that.

Christus does have a campus that is entirely in English and much of it is taught by native English speakers.
