i am relocating to bermuda for work from the UK and I am applying for a 3 year standard work permit. I intend to stay on the island long term. My concern is regarding when the work permit comes up for renewal, is there a high degree of risk that my employer wont renew my permit as they identified a local Bermudian candidate that they must prioritize when the job is re advertised?
