Hi Joao I'm Iván, some friends and me are trying to find the same but in Jubail there is no gym, only in Qatif or Khobar. We are planning to make it our way, maybe to train some technique seen on Instagram for example and then some sparring just to keep us in good shape, but we do not have a lot of experience. If you want to join, we will train in Saken Village compound.
