Nikkah can be done if iqama is expired??

Hi all,, My dads iqama has expired around 5 months back and he is my sponser,, I am getting married in a week ,, my question is whether nikkah can be done if my dads iqama is not valid?? Thnx in advance..

In that case, daughter's iqama is also void. I'm sure they won't entertain you but I'd suggest you ask the Tankeeh office reception while taking Qazi's appointment. You have to present the letter issued by your dad's sponsor in support of the expired iqama (if any).
