How safe to work in Erbil? Is 2000USD good salary in 4 star Hotel?

Hi. Im mazen. Im having an offer in erbil.

I would like to know whether the place for now is really safe to work most specially for the expats like me? If the accommodation is live out is ot safe to stay outside?

In which area of erbil is good and safe to find villas or house to stay as im alone to go there?

As front office manager is it good to accept 2000usd for a 4star hotel? Need someone help.thanks
