the thing is that since the official languages are Arabic and Kurdish, it might be hard to land a job if you are looking to work in contact with people/clients if you don't speak the local language.

I would suggest that you create a complete CV in the Jobs in Iraq section and that you google search for vacancies (on LinkedIn or Indeed).
