Visiting Tehran after 14 yrs - Question about requirments

Hello friends!

I am a duel citizen canadian/iranian who left iran when i was 16 and recently turned 30, and im eager to visit iran.

recently been traveling in east asia, currently visiting in burma flying to bangkok thailand tomorrow to get my visa / passport needed to go to iran.

questions:

1. IS it possible to get a visa to iran using my canadian passport or do i have to get a new iranian passport made? if so what are the requirements as i only have my canadian passport and how much does it cost

2. Approximately how long does this process take? i will be in Thailand and planning to visit iranian embassy next week

3. what happens if i just arrive in Iran with my Canadian passport?

4. what is life like in iran? what are the most fun places to visit to meet interesting people?

As I asked the travel agancy,For sure u can get visa but just as as Canadian
Not Iranian it takes about 10 days & doesn't cost too much! Don't worry
Even here they cam get visa & provide u other things
Such as accommodation, ticket , tour guide.
So take ur time, get visa ,
There are lot to do here in Iran we can manage visiting
Everywhere for you!
But next month it will be election for president!
Everywhere will be crowded! So plan to come sooner!

Dear friend

You Can take visa with your Canadian passport so in Iran embassy you should define your aim why you want to go Iran after 3 weeks we have president election and may be government thinking you work for Cia or MI6 so be carful

If you have another question please ask?

Before you come to Iran please go to Kamboj this is very beautiful and cheap country

first take visa then i'll say the interesting place

try to get a new Iranian passport and fly to Tehran, Also, Canadian are among those nationalities with risk of visa restrictions?
Iran's embassy in BKK is is Sukhomvit Soy 49?
