Can physically challenged persons work in Kuwait?

Am a physically challenged person,with left leg polio;but can walk without any support. Recently I got work visa from Al-Kharafi construction firm of Kuwait as a Data Entry Clerk.I explained to them my whole physical condition too, upon which they issued NOC duly signed by firm HR.But even after this Gamca centres in India Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore are rejecting me. I don't know what to do, anybody pls help me.
